Hymns of Praise
+ In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
The Lord is in His Holy Temple, let all the earth keep silence before Him.
O come let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before our Lord our Maker. For He is our God; and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand.
In Unison
The Doxology
Glory be to God on high, and on earth peace good will toward will toward men. We praise thee, we bless thee, we worship thee, and we glorify thee for thy great glory, o Lord, heavenly king, God the Father all mighty.
O Lord, the only begotten Son, Jesus Christ; O Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father, that takest away the sins of the world, receive our prayer.
Thou that sittest at the right hand of the God the Father, have mercy upon us.
For thou only art holy, thou only art the Lord; thou only, o Christ, with the Holy Spirit, art most high in the glory of God the Father. Amen
The Reading of the Holy Scriptures
Minister: Blessed are they that hear the word of God and keep it.
The Gloria Patri
The Apostles Creed
In unison
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived by the Holy host, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell.
The third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy Catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting.
Amen.
The Prayer of the People

People: And with thy Spirit

The Lord’s Supper
Our blessed Savior Jesus Christ instituted the Holy Communion of his Body and Blood, that it might be the abiding memorial of his atoning death; the seal of his perpetual presence in the Church through he Holy Spirit; the mystical representation of the sacrifice of himself on the Cross; the pledge of his undying love for his people; and the bond of his living union and fellowship with them to the end of time.
The celebration of the Lord’s Supper has ever been regarded by the Church as the innermost sanctuary of the whole Christian worship. We enter here into living communion with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and do show forth our fellowship with one another as members of his Church.
Gathering about his table we profess our desire to be numbered among his people and to walk in his ways.
Ye then, who have earnestly searched your own hearts, and desire to forsake all sin, and follow after Christian holiness, approach with me now to the throne of grace, and let us make our humble confession to Almighty God.
Confession of Sin
Almighty God, our heavenly Father, we acknowledge and confess our manifold sins, which we have committed against thee by though and word and deed, and by which we have offended against thy holy laws, and have merited thy condemnation in this world and it the world to come. We do earnestly repent, and are heartily sorry for these our transgressions. Trusting in thy grace and goodness, manifested in Christ Jesus our Lord, we ask of thee pardon and peace, and strength to lead a new and righteous life, by the power of thy Holy Spirit; through the same Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Assurance of Pardon
Almighty God, our heavenly Father, who of thy great mercy has promised forgiveness of sins to all them that with hearty repentance and true faith turn unto thee, have mercy upon us, pardon and deliver us in all goodness, and bring us everlasting life; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
The Lord be with you
And also with you
Lift up your hearts
We lift them up to the Lord
Let us give thank unto the Lord our God.
It is meet and right so to do.
Minister: It is very meet, right, and our bounden duty, that we should at all times and in all places give thanks unto thee, o Holy Lord, Father Almighty, Everlasting God. Therefore with the whole company of thy people we laud and magnify thy glorious name, evermore praising thee, and saying:
Holy, holy, holy, Lord God of Sabaoth
Heaven and earth are full of the majesty of thy glory; Hosanna in the highest! Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest!
The Offering of Peace
It was always the custom and tradition of the early church for presbyters and the people to ask for and give forgiveness with contriteness of heart before receiving the sacrament of Holy Communion.
Words of Institution
The Lord Jesus, the same night in which he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said: Take, eat; this is my Body which is broken for you; this do in remembrance of me.
After the same manner, also, he took the cup, when he had supped, saying: This cup is the New Testament in my Blood; this do ye, as often as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
All glory be to thee, Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, for that thou of thy great goodness didst give thine only Son, Jesus Christ, to suffer death for our redemption. Wherefore, having in remembrance his holy life, his suffering and death, we thy servants do set forth his memorial which he has commanded us to make; and we beseech thee, O merciful Father, to send thy Holy Spirit upon us, and upon these elements of bread and wine, that the bread which we break may be to us the Communion of the Body of Christ. We beseech thee to accept this our sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving, together with the sacrifice of ourselves unto thee and to thy holy service; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
Minister: Lord Jesus, for thee we live, for thee we suffer, for thee we die. Thine will be done in life and in death. Amen.
The Agnus Dei
Minister: O Christ, thou Lamb of God, that takest away the sin of the world,
People: Have mercy upon us
Minister: O Christ, thou Lamb of God, that takest away the sin of the world,
People: Have mercy upon us
Minister: O Christ, thou Lamb of God, that takest away the sin of the world,
People: Grant us thy peace. Amen.
Minister: Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
The communicants will present themselves before the Lord’s Table. The officiating shall first receive the Communion in both kinds, and administer the same to his Assistants. The Assistants will then distribute the bread and the wine.
For the Bread: This is the Body of our Lord Jesus Christ, broken for you
For the Cup: This is the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ which was shed for you.
After the People have communicated the Minister shall say,
May the Holy Communion of the Body and Blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ keep and preserve you, each one, in body, soul, and sprit, unto everlasting life. Amen.
When all have communicated, the Elements shall be placed upon the Lord’s Table and covered with a fair linen cloth. Then the Congregation standing, the Minister shall say,
Minister: Let us give thanks.
Almighty God, we thank thee for thy great mercy given to us in this sacrament, whereby we are made partakers of Christ and all his benefits. So enrich us by the Holy Spirit that the life of Jesus may be made manifest in our mortal body, and all our days may be spent in thy love and service; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
The Nunc Dimittis
Minister:
Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace: according to thy word.
For mine eyes have seen: thy salvation, Which thou hast prepared: before the face of all people;
To be a light to lighten the Gentiles: and to be the glory of thy people Israel.
Benediction
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and communion of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Amen.
